Unci Intertribal is dedicated to uplifting Indigenous, intertribal, and interethnic identities and relationships primarily in the United States and Mexico through culturally grounded education, Indigenous environmental protection, cultural land use, traditional practices, and lifestyles, mental, emotional, and physical health and community service.
Unci Intertribal was founded by a knowledgeable and dedicated group of Indigenous, BIPOC, and Interethnic individuals committed to making a positive difference in Indigenous and mainstream communities in North America and in Mexico.
Native Cultural Exchange, Preservation and Revitalization
To create revitalizing Native and Indigenous intertribal cultural exchanges, bridges and interconnectedness between North American – Mexican- South American Natives through uniting and sharing intertribal cultures, fostering intertribal empowerment and support, sharing of traditional Native tribal knowledge and life-ways.
Healthy Native Environments and Ecology
To develop and support Native communities’ grassroots environmental education and efforts towards holistic, regenerative ecological lands stewardship, access, conservation and creation of community organic gardens and agriculture.
Community Well-Being and Education
To integrate the inspiration and empowerment of Native American Tribal, “Urban Indian” and Indigenous youth and young people towards excellence in both educational and healthy physical development.
Inter-Tribal Unity and Social Justice
To continue, inspire and expand broad Native Tribal and Indigenous social movements towards world peace, social justice and racial equity for Indigenous and all peoples.
